Craft Table Information 2019

Craft table space is available to local craftspeople. The craft must be  must be made by the crafter themselves. Artists, Authors and Food Vendors welcome!

The GatheringII starts at 11 a.m. and finishes at 6 p.m.(note new time change to alighn with Jazz and Blues)

Craft table set-up begins at 9:30 a.m. NOT BEFORE

 

• 10’ space for the day is $50 . ($20 is non- refundable upon cancellation)

• Food Vendors apply at curiosities

• Vehicles must be off Green by 11am

• You must supply your own table and chair, etc.

• Cheques should be made payable to “The Gathering on the Green” along with a business card with contact information

• You may choose your approximate location at time of payment

• OSCO asks that you consider environmentally friendly packaging

• ​Gathering on the GreenII is a styrafoam and bottled water free event!
